DEATH DEMYSTIFIED.

We live in a society where talking and thinking  about death is quite absurd or is a  taboo.This  may be  because of the darkness,the fear and the emotional pain that  death carries.We have heard the phrase ''OH death where is thy sting.''Its hard to understand death as humans since its only God knows the secret of death.This is  because he  is the author of both life and death. Personally, I have lost very  close family members and my experience was painful and frightening.But now I know better. Death is as old as life.Its is a punishment man was given after sinning in the garden of Eden. Initially, man was supposed to live forever but when he sinned,there was a death penalty sentenced to him by God.
Existential theory in psychology, by VICTOR FRANKL(b1905), talks about death in a very truthful way.According to this theory ,awareness of death as a basic human condition gives significance to living.This means that  you cannot  talk about living and ignore the reality of death.If we defend ourselves against the reality of death,then life looses its meaning.We need to realize that we are mortal  and know that we do not have until eternity to complete and achieve our goals and visions. Therefore,we should understand that each day really counts.Being aware that death is part of our lives should give us the motivation for life and enhance our creativity as well.We should realize that death and life are interdependent and though physical death affects us negatively at some point,the idea of death saves us according to yalom(1980)
The idea of death should  transform us from a stagnant life to a mode of living that is more productive and authentic.The fact that we are alive is a reason enough to thank God since life is but a gift from God.Those who fear death  also fear life.Its like they say ,''I fear death because I have never lived''If you are truly living your life doing the best to become who you were created to be, you will not be obsessed with the thought of death.
Death is sad, but its is a greater  tragedy to die with all your gifts, talents and potential unused since they will never help you in the grave  or the society at large.
If you are a true  follower of Christ, you know well that he died on the cross  and rose again .When you die in him, you shall rise again and  live eternal life of joy and happiness.

ABSOLUTE POWER.

Mankind desires to have power,

power bigger than the megawatts power,

Do you remember the creators of the babel tower?,

Unstoppable with their mission to be powerful and reach God,

unfortunately their vision turned unattainable by God himself

through confusion of their ''thought to be'' powerful tongues.

Man Desires to be in control of his situations,

capture his intuitions and do away with the commotions,

that destabilize and antagonize his own convictions,

slowing his mission to live in freedom and be of great use in the Kingdom.

He slowly  forgets that God is always in control in the midst these worries and fears!

The holy word demonstrates and concentrates on Gods absolute power.

Remember our father Abraham, with no idea of his destination.

Followed the unknown road  to heed to Gods mega plan.

 In return,he became the father many nations and  clans.

Not forgetting, he obeyed to sacrifice his only son,     

 To please God and believe in his supreme name.

Only Jehovah Jireh to provide a ram for sacrifice! True to his holy word!.

The power that made Rahab the whore to be preferred,

Even In the midst of her illegal business, she dared,

To rescue the men of God and believe in the God of Israel,

 hence her life and that of her family  got spared.

Making history  henceforth by getting declared,

a descendant of Christ, a status she legally acquired.

Not forgetting Moses who by this power started a  process that made Israelite s  

Access the promised land after a long distress in slavery.

Remember the twelve member cluster,

that scattered the seeds of true gospel of resurrection,

salvation, full redemption,from sin oppression and life retrogression,

And gave up their lives to thrive in Christ my!what a life!

Determined to carry the cross and cross  the river of death,

So as to make Christ known to the ends of the earth.

Here is the deal!! The power of  FAITH in God.

Genuine reliance and perfect assurance.

The substance that evades the strongest resistance,

The evidence of your dreams and vision

No worldly authority can question its credibility.

because  it defies earthly degrees to obey heavenly decrees.

The power that works through actions

Thanks to this power! That is through Christ Jesus!

Take rest if you have the Son of man in your heart!!.

 because your circumstances are under control by faith in Him!

IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL.

When the life maths and cards seem not to add up,
causing your emotions to rise high in motion,
hurting you dear heart.
Don't throw in the towel
even in your turmoil.
your destiny is in God and not man ,
your maker and not these ugly heart breakers.

Rise up when you fall and roll your sleeves,
open the door to your soul for the cool breeze,
 that comes with the winds,
 of the love of Christ that doesn't freeze.
Focus on your big dreams
 and be full of life to the brim,
the race  may not be swift
 but keep on keeping on and don't drift
,face your life giant and remember like king David
 you can give him a permanent shift.

Hebrews 10:19 the writings of Paul,
reminds us to walk and stand tall,
in our walk with Christ and put a high wall,
and put a halt,
 to the things that hinder our lives greatest call,
to serve God and humanity in our lives big hall,
bringing honor and glory to his kingdom for all.

THE VICTOR IN YOU!

You have heard the saying''when life hands you a lemon,make lemonade out of it.''This saying defines two classes of ideology in life and places each human being on either side.Some of us cave in quite predictably under the weight of life's negative experiences and circumstances.The other category  seem to have the DNA of champions  or victors.They never say die.They may feel the pain and discomfort of lack,rejection and other catastrophes but with  determination and self encouragement they soon get up and trudge on.The predictable result is they emerge victorious.A victor mentality doesn't mean lack of problems and challenges.In essence, if life didn't have any challenges ,I think it would be boring at some point..This doesn't mean that we should  yearn for a good life either.We should .It means not letting these issues stop you from achieving your personal goals and living your life to the best possible standards.When God was creating the universe,He created it from nothing.The good book says that the earth was void and without form.God commanded it to have light and indeed there was light.I love reading the book of genesis because it shows us the principles of  creation and development .We can also speak light to our lives.Light brings with it hope,vision,new beginnings,beauty just to mention a few.There is a victor inside you.You just need to believe and think like a victor.God bless you.

Hallo great people!It is a great joy  and honour to share my life and thoughts with you.Today I want to encourage somebody.Have you ever felt like a victim in life?have you ever felt like life hates you?have you ever felt like you don't want to continue since things have become so thick and they seem not to get better?have you ever woken up one morning and everything just crumbles on you and you wonder why did this day show up? have you ever wondered where God is when all this shake up is happening?Personally have been there and it is a bad place to be.I have experienced tough times but there is one that nearly crushed me in the inside.That was the painful  loss of  close members of my nuclear family who died one by one until they were all gone.The deaths were not by accidents but through sicknesses that were treatable.It started with my sister  in 1992, then my brother in 1998, my mom in the year2000 and my father in the year2003.After the last person who is my father passed on, I lost hope and I was very  desperate.I lost my self identity and self esteem as well.Life had lost its meaning to me. I was filled with grief that lasted for eight years.But by  the grace and mercies Of God, I was able to deal with my loss and my healing started.I wrote my first book ''THE VICTOR IN EVERY VICTIM''to share my experiences and lessons. Today I look at life with a VICTOR attitude rather than a victim attitude.Having a victor attitude is the best way to deal with life tragedies and challenges.When we look at problems and challenges with a VICTOR attitude, our thinking changes and this tough circumstances stop to define us .We get in control of our own lives.This helps us to dream and chart the course that we would want our life to take.When we go through problems, there is a lot of emotional turmoil that happens in the inside.I have Learn t  that you can also speak to your heart.Say to it "be still and  peace be unto you my dear heart'', it works miracles.In addition ,do not die alone with problems.Look for a friend  or a professional who you can pour out your heart to since a problem shared is a problem half solved.Above all speak to God in prayer and he is always ready to listen.God bless you and be encouraged.There is a victor within you.
